Working With General Contractors

Most of our commercial work comes through GCs or construction managers who need a concrete sub that shows up and communicates. Concrete is typically on the critical path — delays ripple. We give realistic timelines upfront and flag problems early rather than letting them surface as surprises.

Our coverage includes workers’ comp, general liability, umbrella coverage, and auto. We handle permitting and coordinate inspections as part of every project scope.

Owner and Operator Alfredo Guizar is directly on-site and involved in daily oversight. When something comes up — a spec question, a schedule conflict, a field decision — the person who can make the call is there. You’re not waiting on word to travel up and back down through a chain.

We’re a bilingual crew, working in both English and Spanish. On commercial job sites where crews and supervisors are operating across both languages, that’s a practical advantage. Communication problems are a real cause of rework.

We’ve also done municipal and right-of-way concrete across the Denver metro — ADA curb ramps, curb and gutter, public sidewalk work, and public works projects built to city and county specs under mandatory inspection. That experience transfers directly to commercial work involving public-facing improvements or right-of-way coordination.
